Any Regular Cullen Day

[Isabella Marie Swan Cullen]

(OOC: Note that I am a bit rusty. I have tried my hand at fanfics, but they are in first point of view, and well, I haven't role played in a while. So be easy on me. Since none of the adult canon characters are taken yet, I will just kinda skip over it, I don't really want to control them. Until someone plays Edward though, I will just string him along..)

IC: Bella pecked Edward on the lips as they both got up from the ground. They had gone to their meadow for some peace and quiet, and Renesmee had been left with Alice. Just last night, Bella had lifted her shield from her mind for the first time, and let Edward in. They had then spent the night making love to each other, and basking in each others presence.

When they had got up for the day, Renesmee had been waiting for them, and they had taken her to Alice, who had agreed all too willingly. Bella was glad that Alice was back, she had been hurt when Alice and Jasper had left without a word, but knew it had been for all of their safety. She knew that, but just didn't want to accept that at first.

The rest of the Cullen Clan seemed happy with Jasper and Alice back as well, and everything was right for now. Bella was most indeed happy.

Bella packed up everything they brought, Edward helping along with her. Her mind was focused on many things. Such as Edward's proximity, or Nessie back at home. Wondering what the rest of the family was doing, and thinking about the vampires that had left.

Once the packing was finished, they started back through the green rainy forest. Bella enjoyed running as a vampire. The freedom, the never getting tired or worn out. She also enjoyed that Edward was by her side. It was a pleasant experience running with him. He seemed to enjoy it as well, by the expression on his face.

Bella's orange eyes, which were getting closer and closer to a golden topaz color, spotted the mansion in the distance, and her speed increased. Edward was right on her tail. She was excited to see Nessie, and by the way Edward tried to keep up with her slowly fading newborn speed, he was too.

It had been too long since she had last seen her hybrid daughter. Even though it had only been a few hours, Nessie was rapidly growing like any hybrid, and Bella didn't want to miss anything about her daughter. It was only seven years before Renesmee would be grown up, and no longer a child. Bella thought that was reason enough to not want to miss anything. She just grew too much for Bella to not want to be gone for any long length of time, even if it was just a few hours.

They reached to front step of the mansion, and raced up the stairs. Alice called up to them from her bedroom, and that was where they headed. Edward opened the door, having managed to get past Bella, and Bella thought that a bit unfair. That was, of course, due to the fact that he was naturally faster than any of the clan, when newborn strength and human blood wasn't in the mix.

Bella's face brightened as she saw her daughter, and all was right again with her world. She was happy to see her child, and was of course, wondering if Alice planned to attack her next. Knowing Alice, the pixie was most likely doing that.

(OOC: Okay, Nari you can bring Nessie in here now. Any of you that adopt the characters that aren't being used, you can start off where you wish. Once someone adopts the character and joins role playing, I won't string the characters along just because I don't want them sitting there doing nothing, they will be all yours.)

OOC: And there's my cue...

IC:Renesmee sat on the couch, reading a book while Alice messed with her hair.

She was wearing a white dress that looked like it would go on a baby doll. Her hair was being tied in mini pigtails with white ribbons, and on her feet were little tan sandals.

She turned a page on her book. She was about halfway through it, and it was 30 pages long. A short book, but she didn't want to freak out her mom by reading a bigger one. It was too normal, just sitting here with Aunt Alice. Doing this, you could almost forget what had happened when Alice was gone, and the Volturi were coming. Then, all of her friends had been here; Tanya, Zafrina, Kate, Carmen, all of her friends. She missed them all already, even the weird Romanian Coven.

She heard her parents come to the door as she reached page 25, and waited for Alice to finish tying the last ribbon into her curly brown hair. Then she bran swiftly to the door, and jumped into her mother's arms. She reached up to touch Bella's face, and used her gift to replay the scene of her and Alice on the couch. Renesmee smiled as she showed the memory, this was how life should be.

Bella smiled as Renesmee leaped into her arms. Her child was one of a kind. When Nessie reached up for Bella's face, she leaned her hand into it and sighed as Nessie played out what Alice had done with her. She looked at Nessie when the memory stopped and said, "Alice did a good job of dressing you up. You look beautiful."

Edward ran his hands through Renesmee's bronze curls and grinned crookedly at his daughter. "You do look very nice." he agreed.

Bella's lips twitched as she thought about things. She was happy that Nessie was happy, and although Alice could be a tornado at times when it came to dressing people up, she was happy that Nessie had been dressed up. She looked good in the outfit Alice had put on her.

Renesmee smiled at her parents, then said "Thanks." in her musical voice as a response to the compliment. She was glad that they had enjoyed her outfit, Alice had really outdone herself. But then, her aunt was a fashion pro.

Renesmee realized then that she didn't have any idea what they should do today. She rapidly sent some pictures to Bella, using her gift. There was one of them hunting, one of them walking around town, one of them visiting Charlie, and a few others.

Edward replied, his face thoughtful, "Any of those is fine by me, but I'm not going shopping if that's what you decide. Anyway, we probably shouldn't go into town; too many humans, and we don't want to be cast suspicion on because of how fast you're growing."

Renesmee looked at Bella, mentally letting her know that the choice was up to her.

Bella thought over the few choices for a few seconds, a small smile gracing her face. She wasn't really that thirsty, she had hunted before the confrontation with the Volturi, and that was a few days ago. The option to see Charlie was appealing though.

She knew Charlie must be worried, and with the whole 'need to know only' thing, she was sure he would want some answers. Decision made, she looked at her bronze haired daughter and answered her.

"I think seeing Charlie would be good. He's got to be worried. What with the whole confrontation with the Volturi and all..." Bella decided to herself that her choice was a good one, and looked at Renesmee, wondering what she thought of it.

She smiled as Edward nodded his head, a contemplative look on his handsome face. "That seems good. He probably will be wanting to see us anyways."

Renesmee grinned happily at the thought of seeing Charlie again. He was, after all, her other grandpa.

Charlie was still a little confusing to her, he was a human who knew that Jakey was a shape-shifter, but he knew nothing about her or her family. He knew they were special, though. She was a little surprised he hadn't guessed yet, but then, humans were a little hesitant to matters relating to the supernatural.

She nodded at Bella, still grinning, that sounded like a good plan. Renesmee jumped down onto the floor, then took a few steps outside. She looked back expectantly at her parents, waiting for them to follow.

Bella smiled when Renesmee grinned happily. The thought of seeing her father was pleasing, and she knew Nessie thought the same. Bella watched as Renesmee jumped from her arms, and headed the few steps outside. She followed her daughter and when Renesmee stopped, picked her up and headed out to the Volvo. Bella didn't want to drive her Ferrari right now, and her husbands Volvo seemed to fit the job.

Edward flashed past her, into the drivers seat, and Bella laughed, rolling her eyes. She strapped Renesmee into the car seat, and then headed to her side in the car. Bella got in and closed her door, and turned to Edward with a smile. The car pulled out, and Edward drove them to Charlie's house, smiling all the way.

It wasn't long before the trio arrived at Charlie's house, and Edward parked the car. Bella hopped out, and headed over to Renesmee's side. She opened the car door, and unbuckled Renesmee seat belt, smiling at her young hybrid daughter.

(OOC: Sorry, I just wanted them to get to Charlies house. And I don't know if a car seat was used in the books or not, but just follow along with it. xD)

Renesmee climbed out of her car-seat, and stood outside the car. She smiled back at her mother, mentally going over a list of things she wasn't supposed to do in front of Charlie. She couldn't use her gift, act different than a human toddler, or bite anyone.

Renesmee groaned to herself, she disliked acting like a human. They were so slow, and had no unique gifts like herself and her parents. But she would do it if her parents needed her to, and they did. She could be her usual self later.

Renesmee walked over to the house where her mother had lived, and tried to reach for the doorbell. Remembering that she was too short, and had to act like a human, Renesmee turned around to see if her parents were coming, a slightly annoyed look on her face. She wasn't annoyed at her parents, just the stupid doorbell that she couldn't reach.


OOC: I don't mind. I would have done the same if I were in your shoes (probably over 10 sizes too big for Nessie!)

Bella watched as Renesmee climbed out of the carseat, watching her hybrid daughter. Edward followed her, stopping beside Bella to look at his daughter. Bella heard clearly as her daughter groaned, and she smiled to herself amused.

Bella followed her daughter to the door, Edward at her side. She watched as Renesmee tried to reach for the doorbell, and laughed playfully at the annoyed look on Renesmee face when she turned to face them. She rang the doorbell, taking Edward's hand in hers.

She mentally went over the ways to act human. Shift a bit, breathe, fidget here and there, brush her hair behind her ear, scratch a random itch. It was all necessarily, and she knew that. But as she looked at Edward, she knew she could do it.

Charlie came to the door, and his face lit up when he saw them. "Bells!" He crowed as he hugged his daughter, then greeting Edward, and turning to Renesmee.

Bella watched her father interact with them, and smiled warmly to herself. She wouldn't trade this for anything.

Renesmee's face lit up when she saw her Grandpa answer the door. She waited until he was done greeting her mom, then shouted "Gwanpa!" in a voice that sounded like it belonged to a human toddler, then ran over to hug his leg. She tried to act human, and ran slower than usual, trying not to grip his leg too tightly.

She looked up at her Grandpa's face, smiling from ear to ear, and saw him reach down and pick her up. He set her down on his shoulder and she laughed happily as he made all sorts of silly faces at her. If the point of that was to make her laugh, it certainly worked.

He set her down on the ground, and Renesmee ran over to her parents. She saw Charlie open the front door for them, a clear invitation to go in.

Renesmee walked through the open door, and into the house.

((I don't know much about toddlers, but I am going on what I know from my 2 year old cousin's speech and the way some 3 year olds talk when I'm writing Renesmee's dialogue with humans nearby. That is why she says Gwanpa instead of Grandpa. Without humans nearby, I'll have her talk normal.)

Bella watched amused when Charlie picked Renesmee up and set her on his shoulders. I was nice watching the grandfather and granddaughter moment. When he set her back down, and opened the door, the pair walked in, following their excited daughter.

Bella could see that Edward was having a good time. By the look on his face, it looked as if he was enjoying their thoughts, and not brooding over things. That was good, very good. Her orange, nearly golden, eyes scanned the room, memories from when she was human slipping back into her mind. Bella smiled as she remembered, gripping Edward's hand tightly.

All of this had happened within a few seconds, and Bella slipped into the human charade as best as she can, shifting her weight as her father Charlie closed the door behind them. It was nice to be in the house in which she grew up in. Well, not necessarily grew up in, that was Phoenix.

As Edward squeezed her hand back, she watched as he started to chat animatedly with Charlie. Yes, lots of things had changed, and for the better too.

(OOC: That's Okay. I don't mind at all. )

Alice cleaned up her room, then went downstairs. She saw Jasper sitting on the couch, and kissed his cheek as she walked by. She grabbed her purse and ran out to the garage, walking past the row of cars to the one on the end, her shiny yellow Porsche.

Alice pulled the keys from her purse, and got in. She pulled away from the house, and sped down the drive, toward town. She had worn almost everything in her closet, and the thought of wearing anything again made her cringe.

Renesmee pulled herself onto the couch, and pretended to listen to her parents and grandpa talk. Soon, she got bored, and walked off to explore the house.

She found her mom's old room upstairs, and smelled the air. Even though Bella was now a vampire, and hadn't been in this room for awhile, the room still smelled like her. Renesmee smiled, looking around the room. She saw a bed, and what looked like a hand-crafted dreamcatcher hung from it.

Renesmee walked normally to the bed, and picked up the dreamcatcher. It smelled like Jacob. She figured he must have made it aand given it to her mom. But why? When? Renesmee didn't know.

She made her way downstairs, still holding the dreamcatcher. Renesmee walked to her mom, and held out to Bella.

Bella talked to her father and husband, smiling at Charlie's exuberance. He had seemed to have turned the conversation to sports, and the three of them had sat around the living room. She noticed Renesmee sit on the couch as well, and smiled at her daughter.

The sound of Renesmee hopping off the couch and walking off alerted Bella, and she could see Edward's head tilt in Nessie's direction. That caused a smile to appear on her face with satisfaction, he was always the doting, overprotective father of their little girl. The footsteps faded a bit as Renesmee headed up the stairs.

Bella leaned into Edward, the feeling of his warm body beside hers a comforting feeling. She remembered clearly that when she was human, Edward was cold, and not warm like now. It was nice to not have to worry about freezing up as she curled up with him. Not long later, she heard Nessie's small feet coming back down the stairs, and the small child held out the dreamcatcher in curiosity.

The conversation was broken off as Edward turned to Renesmee. Bella scooped up the small child and sat her in her lap, looking at the dreamcatcher.

"Jacob made that for me, for my 18th birthday," she told her daughter, gently kissing her forehead. Bella smiled up at Edward as he ghosted his fingers over the dreamcatcher. Jacob had given it to her for her birthday, and although it is a myth of them working, the sentiment was nice all the same.

[Renesmee Carlie Cullen]

Renesmee's eyes widened slightly as her mother said that Jacob had given her the dreamcatcher, then went back to normal. So Jakey had given Bella the dreamcatcher, why? When? Where?

Speaking of Jacob, where was he? Renesmee hadn't seen him at all today. Normally, he was the first person she saw besides her parents when she woke up, but not today.

She put her little hand over Bella's, and thought, "Where is Jakey?"

She looked at her dad, knowing he had read her thoughts, waiting for an answer from either parent.
